Blogger is experiencing a lot of problems as far as commenting on some of the blogs. I was not able to comment on some people's blogs.
I just found out that if you are having a problem commenting on someone's blog, don't choose "google" to sign in.Just choose "name/url" from the list and it will work.You will then put in your name and website address, and your comment will be posted. There is an option for this input at the bottom of the list provided. If you put "google" in and try to sign on, it will not work. I am hoping that blogger will get this resolved soon. Just wanted to let you know.

Some of the blogs don't have that choice for commenting, just URL ~ which doesn't work either. I did find that blogger blogs that opened up pop-up windows for comments did work though.
Hi Micki, I was having that trouble too and I read on someone else's blog that if you clear your cache and the "cookies" from your computer it helps. I did this last night and it has worked for me so far as I can comment at will now! Hope all is well with you!
I think it has resolved itself now. I have been able to comment a few times in the last hour.
I had tried the name/url but an email address won't work there & I don't have a blog.
I'm wondering where our followers are too?? Glad to hear the advice going around though, and am certainly willing to try it. Lately, I WAS wondering if I was getting all my comments, or if people were just not liking what I was posting! (0; But who knows?! LOL! Hopefully it'll all be fixed soon, right? ~tina

So happy to see you post. Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. Blogger stole my dashboard over 5 months ago. I have to go back to old posts to see my comments to go and visit my friends. I haven't been able to read Google Reader either. Absolutely nothing. It has been very discouraging. Tonight when I logged in, strangely I had my dashboard, I am trying to visit as many as I can, because I know once I log out, it will be gone again. I have only had it back 2 evenings and then it was only for as long as I stayed logged in at this one setting.

I figured it was an Internet Explorer issue after I switched to Firefox last night and the issues stopped. Don't know if that helps...

You're a genius Micki!!! It worked!!!! But it would be really good if the issue was resolved once and for all! My 'followers' list has gone into some cyber hole in the sky too LOL!!! But I guess it will return......eventually!!!!

I can manage to get to the dashboard and comment on other peopls and my own blogs but, cannot publish a post! GRRR!
I was hoping to contact some of the blogs I follow and some who follow me, to send me a pic of their favourite Sea-themed pic, but untill I can get to post on my blogs, it 'aint going to happen!

I haven't had any problems today either although did a couple of days ago. What is going on with blogger at the moment??
I just read on another Blog a suggestion which works for me.
When you want to post your comment and you choose the Blogger option, to identify yourself, you end up going round in a circle between the sign in page and the comment box. Sound familiar?
The suggested solution was to UNCLICK the "remember me" box and the loop is broken. I've managed to comment without further problems.
